Guest guest
I have been taking bentonite clay pills to help me through rough patches. I make them myself using " OOO " gelatin capsules filled with bulk bentonite clay I get from the health food store. Here's an article that gives some details and scientific info: http://www.eytonsearth.org/clay-sleep-disorder.html Did Elaine ever have anything to say about clay? I know if I accidentally have an illegal, having a couple of clay pills reduces the symptoms I experience. Then again, I don't have UC or anything more serious. It sounds like it helps by coating the bad parts of the intestines and allowing them to heal. There were a few comments in the SCDiet.org archives that said some people find in helpful. see: http://www.scdiet.org/7archives/scd1/scd037.html Sheila, SCD Feb. 2001, UC 23yrs, PCOD 22yrs mom of and
