Guest guest
Donna, Life goes on, doesn't it? No matter what just happens to happen, life goes on and we adjust or suffer. You seem to be doing a great job of adjusting, and I have no doubt that this husband-thing you will survive as well. Good luck to you, and keep up with the good successes you're having. I will gladly be a post-op contact for folks if they contact me directly. Soon I will be on the post-op site only, as I can't find the time to read all of the postings on this site. So, use me as you will!! Take care, Donna. I've often enjoyed your wisdom and humor and consider you one of my friends. Guest guest
Hi, I have been compiling a list of post ops who are willing to be contacts. If you would like a copy of the list or if you would like me to be a contact you can email me. I am a daily scale stepper, I confess. In 2 weeks I lost only 1 pound and I was a little disgusted even though I knew I would plateau. This past Sunday I was down 3 more pounds and in the last two days down another 2 for a total of 41 pounds in about 10 1/2 weeks. I am really happy, but not just because of the weight loss. I feel so good. I have lots of energy, I can eat anything in small amounts. No sleep apnea, no edema, and I get so many compliments every day on how I look and carry myself it is actually embarrassing. On the other hand I think my husband and I will be splitting. That's sad, but way too long of a story to go into here. I really don't think this is happening because of my weight loss, but I have to admit that my outlook for the future is bright in spite of this because of the weight loss. Anyway, email me if you want to get a copy of the list or if you are a post op and haven't sent me your info (email and mgb date) I would be happy to add your name. Best Regards, Donna Schanzenbacher mgb 9/22/00 264/223/140 waist was 49 now 38:) was size 24W and 3X now size 18W and XL and L ________________________________________________________________________________\ _____ Get more from the Web.
