Guest guest
I continue to be awed by the loving concern and help so many members give so generously, even when they are hurting themselves. Especially noticed this when so many of you who respond the most with words of comfort and advice had bad times yourselves the last month or so. Is there something about the approach of summer than turns on the pancreas? I have not had a serious flare-up for months, yet last week, I did, and it won't seem to go away. I skim the posts when I can, but don't comment a lot myself. I do try to keep in contact by email or phone with several northern California members and others I've met with pancreas problems. Mainly a time problem. Appointments for my wife's health problems take quite a lot of attention. Since retiring a few years ago, I work with 3 local volunteer organizations, including a Caring Neighbor group I started, visiting shut-ins and elderly and providing rides to doctors, store, etc. I've been getting more involved in these again as my health permits. Helps take the focus off my own problems, but still, without my trust in the Lord I could not cope. .. I will be seeing surgeon 7/13 to see if recent CT scan shows enlargement of my pseudocysts sufficient to encourage me to proceed to the big cut for drainage. Pray for me, as I pray for all of you. Guest guest
Kurt prayers are coming your way about your appointment on 7/13 with the surgeon. I pray that God guides him to the correct decission. Any form of surgery is stressful to go through and scarey to say the least. So my prayers are with you. It would be amazing if the psuedocyst has gone away and resolved on its own. Please keep us updated on what the surgeon thinks should be done. May God bless you greatly and i pray and hope you arent in too much pain. Much love, Karolina. > I continue to be awed by the loving concern and help so many members > give so > generously, even when they are hurting themselves. Guest guest
Hey Kurt: Just wanted to let you know I will keep you in my daily prayers. Good Luck on the 13th. I hope " the big cut " will NOT be necessary. I, myself, had a psuedocyst, but after 2 yrs. it finally went away, Thank God for that! Again, good luck, and you are in my prayers.
