I use Wal-Mart's generic " Great Value " brands of mustard (regular and

spicy brown). The ingredients are VINEGAR, WATER, MUSTARD SEED, SALT,

TURMERIC, and PAPRIKA. It is labeled as GLUTEN-FREE. Is there

something in this that is illegal?

I use them also, and haven't had any problems with them. They should be legal

unless they have some hidden ingredient taht isn't listed.

I've tried the spicy brown brand version of that brand. It's good but it

seems to have a high vinegar content (to me). Vinegar really makes me

nauseas. I may be the only one but just FYI for anyone else sensitive to

vinegar. I wish I could find a white wine legal mustard :P.

I also get my yellow mustard from my local grocery store,

Teeter. Their store brand appears to be legal. BUT I can get

Organic yellow mustard from Whole Foods.
