Hi ,

Yes, of course I remember you...Please be proud of 27 pounds...at least you

haven't gained another 27, right? I think you will make it , in you own

time. We all know how much you have tried!!! This last month I have ate like

crazy and somehow still lost 2 pounds. The month I was the most diligent I

think I lost 4. Keep you chin up and do the best you can...it will all work

out in the long run!!! I'll be thinking about ya!

Love,

When you say you ate like crazy....what does that mean exactly? >>

It means they had 3 bits instead of 2 lol.

Naw just kidding. Hey BTW when you go out to dinner if you take your time

and enjoy your company you can take breaks and eat more.

My problems is that I go out to a nice dinner.. ya know 3 hours long by the

time we leave I am ready to eat again.. Darn. But you can grab just a bite

of something and your fine again. Gee, do I make any sense.hmm

Hi a,

For me personally, I have had a protein shake for breakfast, usually salad

for lunch and whatever I choose for dinner with my family. Just in the last

couple of months my appetite has picked up quite a bit. It seems as though I

" graze " all day at work and then I come home and eat dinner although I'm not

really hungry by that time. (but hey, my husband cooks so I eat, LOL) I can

eat close to normal portions now. I guess it just seems like I'm eating all

the time when I wasn't the first 8 or 9 months, but I'm still losing slowly.

Also, I have been eating sweets which I have no problem with...I didn't try

any until 7 months post-op and now I know I " CAN " . I rarely ate sweets pre-op

so I really feel like I'm indulging!!!
