I order the buns/biscuits from SCD Bakery. I love these. They are

perfect for sandwich's & hamburgers. I want to make them myself.

Does anyone know this recipe?

If not--I see a recipe that calls for DCCC (Dry curd cottage cheese).

We don't do dairy. I do make goat yogurt & drip it but even after

dripping 15 hours I've never seen it thick as cottage cheese. Any

suggestions?

We are going on a vacation & I'd like to make up some easy sandwiches

for my daughter (I do PB ones & then I also slice grilled chicken with

some mustard for a " lunchmeat " sandwich).

Thanks!

SCD Bakery is in Massechussetts, and their web site is scdbakery.com. This is

truly an awesome place to order SCD baked goods to lighten the load on yourself

if you have the funds for it. I have even asked for things from here as gifts.

Hi Stefanie,

SCD Bakery is located in Dartmouth, MA. You can order online at

www.scdbakery.com

The bakery does not always have these buns available. She makes 4 different

items per week, so you may have to wait until she makes the buscuits. You can

also get sliced bread/buns from New York, from www.digestivewellness.com.

Good Luck!
