Guest guest
Do you eat it plain or can it be sweetened (I suppose with honey) and flavored? What brand of yogurt makers do you guys have and which ones do you like best? Looks like I am going to have to order one off the internet and don't want to hassle with something I will not like. Thanks! Guest guest
Hi Bonita, <<Do you eat it plain or can it be sweetened (I suppose with honey) and flavored?>> You can eat it plain, dripped like cream cheese, with honey, with fruit or any other thing you like (herbs, spices etc..) <<What brand of yogurt makers do you guys have and which ones do you > like best?>> I use a heating pad to make yogurt in a closed rubbermaild container partially filled with water. If you want a commercial yogurt maker: at the moment some are being tested so to be on the safe side I say a dehydrator that maintains a constant temperature for fermentation is best. Excalibur makes one that you can use to dehydrate fruits and veggies in or make yogurt.
