Guest guest
Ok this is frivolous but " my family " at home includes two dogs and they are SCD. They get raw food, ( grain free) yogurt, raw garlic, dessicated liver with nothing added, dried elk meat sausage with no spices or additives, tiny bits of cheese or sugar free bacon, but only tiny bits. The thing that really has the tail wagging the dogs is the yogurt. Carol F. SCD 7 years, celiac Remy, black toy poodle age 5, Scarlett red miniature poodle age 13. Guest guest
LOL Our dog is SCD too. She mostly eats raw chicken wings/legs/necks etc and any of our leftovers that noone else wants. :-) K > > Ok this is frivolous but " my family " at home includes two dogs and they are SCD. Guest guest
Anyone have cat recipes for SCD? It's getting worrisome with all the tainted food. Our kitten likes a tiny tiny bit of yogurt and a tiny tiny piece of liver. Not sure what else is good for kittens. > > LOL Our dog is SCD too. Guest guest
It's fascinating to read how many different ways people are doing this. In our house, I am doing the diet with our 8yo son, and it's been very helpful for me as well. He can't have eggs, milk, or nuts, I'm eating nuts at work. I'm trying to convince our 12 yo son and my husband to join us.
Guest guest
Re: Curiosity ] We have not quite started the SCD diet as I'm trying to get everything straight first, but we have never eaten anything that our son can't have. When he went GFCF so did we. When he later gave up soy, so did we. None of us eat artificial preservatives or colors. Now we will be SCD along with him as well. It's not fair to tell your kids they can't have something then chow down on brownies and pasta when they go to bed! I want to know how he's feeling. -- > ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ TV dinner still cooling? Check out " Tonight's Picks " on Yahoo!
