It's been a while

Hi Everyone,

It has been a while since I have posted. I am still pain free 2 months post

surgery. I am also being taken off my prozac since I am doing so well. I am

not as depressed as I was before. I feel so good plus I am dating a wonderful

guy whom I have told about my CP. I think that has a lot to do with feeling

better also that someone is actually interested in me. I haven't dated anyone

since my divorce last June and total years since dating any one else is 8 years.

It's funny that since the surgery I am back down to my size 3 and I weigh in at

130lbs. I do think that before the surgery I had a problem with bloating and

abdominal distention. I couldn't even clean my bathroom w/o having severe pain.

Now I have started exercising again. I took my 18 year old son out to dinner

one night and told the waitress that I was waiting for him before being seated

and when she saw him she said she thought he was my brother. LOL!!!! I love it

but he hates it. It's always nice to be considered

younger that you actually are when you are in your late 30's. My daughter is

driving now and she makes me a nervous wreck. She has her permit so I let her

drive me everywhere and there was a car of " cute guys " (as she says) behind her

and they passed and instead of paying attention to what was in front of her she

looked at the boys instead and we almost hit a truck in front of her. It's one

of those times that I wished I had brakes in the passenger side like the

driver's ed cars. I know alot of this is off the subject of CP but I wanted to

share what has been going on with me.
