Guest guest
Hi everyone, This is my first post here. I have a 2 year old son that is ASD and is currently on the GFCF diet, probiotics, enzymes, multivitamin and other minerals. I am really seriously thinking of implementing the SCD diet and was wondering if both sheep and goat milk are acceptable (safe) to use? Do you have to make your own yogurt or is there a good and safe brand we can buy? My son has a leaky gut and we suspect he is very yeasty we are currently waiting for results to verify yeast. He also runs non-stop back and forth while moaning (humming) and not much gets him to stop. It is extremely sad to see. I hope this diet will help him. Thank you all
Guest guest
Welcome pwigirl (Lil?) No milk is allowed on SCD because of the lactose. You must make your own yogurt because no commercially prepared yogurt ferments for the needed 24 hours. , mom to
