Guest guest
S. I'm so sorrythat I didn't reply to this message earlier but, as I posted just a minute ago, I've been offline due to pain and depression and also my brother's wedding somewhere in the middle of all that. So, I'm going to try to get online once a day from now on, but no promises if the pain or depression hit again. Yes, I am diabetic. Have been for over 20 years.Yes, Ensure has helped me on those times where I couldn't handle anything but liquids. They have a high protein one that only has 6 grams of fat (most of the others have more in their high protein versions). The only flavor I liked was the high Protein Chocolate Royale, though I could tolerate regular ensure chocolate if I had to. . I'd get it almost frozen, kind of like a slushy and then eat it. If you need to, get some protein powder and add it to what you eat (ie. sprinkle it on your dinner and lunch, or put it in a smoothie, etc. Its suppose to be tasteless).. It may help you feel like you are getting more substance in you than you get with regular food. Kimber -- Kimber Vallejo, CA hominid2@...
