Guest guest
After 11 months on the diet, I've decided to introduce goat's milk yogurt to my almost 6 year old son, who was GFCF before we started SCD last July. I started 10 days ago with a drop of yogurt, and slowly increased it over 7 days. Then after 7 days without any obvious problem, I gave him 1/4 cup mixed with blueberries. His stools became soft but formed, but behaviorally, no problems. Are soft stools common after beginning yogurt? Thanks, Mom to Jack, ASD, 11 mos SCD, 5yrs old

Did you try blueberries before this - were they well tolerated? How were his stools before the yogurt trials?
