We are really, really having a yeast issue right now. Does the S. Boulardii

help with that? What do ya'll eat?

What has helped our yeast issues thus far, in addition to the

probiotics/yogurt, is cutting out all sweeteners for awhile ie no

honey, eating very little fruit, and no nuts (in addition to all the

starchy carbs etc cut out on the SCD).

Hashi's, Fibro, CFS, yeast/candida, copper overload, adrenal fatigue

(mostly healed!!!)

kids: son Rhowan 5 yrs old, chronic diarrhea/loose stools,

yeast/candida, ADHD, salicylate intolerance, daughter Willow 6.5 yrs

old, mild GI issues, salicylate intolerance

Started SCD June 2006, went slightly off for awhile in Nov 2006, back

on strict SCD starting May 2007. (Today is DAY FOUR of redoing the

intro diet)
