Guest guest
Hi. I have thought about you all day long. I had several stops through my day, doctors, groceries, 3 kid hoopla, dinner, baths beditme blah blah blah. but I have thought about you all day long. I have had panreatitis since I was a kid. When I was 11 they told my mother I had juvinile arthitis and I would be a cripple by 25. She growing up in the polio era practically locked me up. When I was a teen in the 70's I rebelled, still every once in a while crippling myself. As I grew and married I still would cripple myself. Was told everything from ecotopic pregnacy to kidney stone to muscle spasm until a few years ago. I was diagnosed in feb of 03 and have several ercps g-j tubes and surgeries culiminating in the 'cure' a total pancreatectomy with auto islets last november. Yet still its not over, near tho I pray. I cant imagine the horror of what I have endured having 2 panreases. My heart goes out to you. Have you ever heard of Dr. Cotton? He is the primary inventor of the ERCP and the worlds leading panreatologist. I am not exaggerating. He is in his mid 60's and rarely takes on new patients. I have worked with him in the past and he is phenominal. I worked with his associates and we became friends long before I ever became a patient. When I was choosing my final decision I asked for his opinion. Without it I would not be where I am today. Ask your doctors about him. YOU are amazing Kathleen.
