In order to get the contacts you need to email the post-ops privately. You

can either watch for posts from them on this site and email mail them

personally, or you can go to Dr. R's website where he has a list of email

addresses.

So Christy, will you be a contact for me?

I had some really bad luck w/ getting responses for several weeks.

Yesterday I sent out a bunch of requests again & got some back very quickly.

Now that I'm down to needing ONLY ONE CONTACT TO FINISH MY PACKET, I'm

getting impatient (hoped to turn in the packet tomorrow). I realize you are

probably very busy & I’d like to sincerely thank you in advance for the time

you take to help me with this if you are able to.

Here's the stuff Dr R wants me to ask:

First & last name

Surgery date

Preop weight

Current weight

What did you think about Dr. Rutledge?

What did you think about Dr. Rutledge's staff?

What did you think about the Hospital?

How was your experience with the surgery?

How much pain did you have?

When did you go back to work?

How much weight did you lose?

Would you do it again?

Also, if you have any comments on any of the following, could you let me

know please:

Any problem w/ not being able to quench thirst because of limited water that

can be consumed at once?

If you do any strenuous activities now, do you tolerate them well?

Are there certain foods you must now avoid?

Is the temperature of foods or liquids an issue for you?

If you previously had any problems w/ GERD, duodenal ulcer, IBS, or kidney

stones, how have those problems been affected by mgb?

Can you describe any problem you had with any of the post-op medications or

vitamins?

Can you describe any post-op symptom you had that you did not expect / had

not heard about?

Again, thank you very much for your time & effort in assisting me w/ my

pre-op package preparation.
