Guest guest
My boys have drank welch's white grape juice since we started this diet a year ago. I feel it may have been feeding yeast and have tried to switch them over to fresh juiced granny smith apple/lemon juice. Well this juice causes some diarrhea. I have also tried them with steamed pear juice water. They don't really like this. What I would love to do is get them to start drinking more straight water which they do not do at all. How do you get a child to learn to drink water? I fear that if they go on a drink strike, they will get dehydrated. Any suggestions? Guest guest
If you mix sparkling water with a very small amount of juice, it tastes like an italian soda. You could try this and if you then need to go 100% water, they are only one step away & would be more likely to enjoy the water. - dana pope wrote: My boys have drank welch's white grape juice since we started this diet a year ago. Guest guest
What I would try is very very slowly keep diluting their juice more and more until they are drinking water - increase the water in very tiny amounts - like maybe a week at a time.
