Guest guest
Hi , It will depend on the make up of each (what kind of carbohydrates, any illegal compounds etc..). I did find that if the mangosteen puree/fruit/juice is coloured it is likely quite high in phenols. Much of the high antioxidant levels attributed to mangosteen seem to actually from other fruits that it is paired with (in juice blends). (Since the fruit is white you'll get almost no significant antioxidant chemicals) Sheila, SCD Feb. 2001, UC 23yrs, mom of and << I looked on the legal foods list and did not see mangosteen fruit and > acai berry listed.
