Guest guest
Could anyone please clarify if soaked & ground dried split green (or yellow) peas are categorised in illegal pea flour? I can't really recall but I feel I read it somewhere something that is soaked prior to grinding them is legal but cán't find in what page of the book. Can we substitute dry curd cottage cheese with the other legal cheeses. I have been trying to find them here in New Zealand but to no avail. I have been using colby cheese, tasty chedar cheese & swiss cheese so far to substitute DCCC. I would like to be referred to a group here (if there is one) so I can ask them what they use around here as major supermarkets haven't got DCCC here. Please help. Many thanks Leena Clarice Belle's mum, ASD, non verbal, 2y 11mths with no apparent gut problem, SCD for 1 month, try to reintroduce SCD today (beginning of school holiday)

However you should not use large quantities of this at a time. Commercial pea flours aren't legal. <<Can we substitute dry curd cottage cheese with the other legal > cheeses.>> Yes, if it works for you. << I would like to be referred to a > group here (if there is one) so I can ask them what they use around > here as major supermarkets haven't got DCCC here.
