acclimating husband slowly

I think my husband is slowly coming around to the SCD thinking.

He's always been more of a health concious person until his

accident. If our son does well, I definitely think I could get him

on the SCD. He has terrible gut issues and know he couldn't handle

total intro diet die-off. He is a back patient with chronic back,

neck and leg pain and gets migraines and is on heavy meds. He has

had to take Cipro a few times (and is currently on it and will

probably have to go a second round. He's also taken one of the

strongest antibiotics when he had he neck surgery. His gut has

never been the same. He inherited the same problems with his gut he

has always called spastic colon and acid reflux. So, I know he

needs help.

He eats commercial cow yogurt and hm when I can make it like most

people drink water to help him survive all this. Could any of the

supplements like acidophillis or anything else to help him now and

not do any more harm until he can get fully on SCD and heal that gut

of his?

I plan on slowly taking out all of the illegal foods but any more

suggestions?

Oh, also let the Baldwin's know that we sent you. They actually know my

husband, Robin Corner, better than me. Anyway, I find in my experience taht I

get faster and better services and often a deal on price when I let these local

people know that someone else referred me.
