Guest guest
So, how does that work.....if your original goal was 150, but you want to lose more, can you just keep going or does it level off there?
Guest guest
Hey There! 150lbs was a goal that I set for myself. I really did not even know if I would be able to get there. 2 lbs away right now and the scales are NOT moving. The closer I get, the more I realize I really would like ot lose more. I would like to lose to 135 but if not then so be it. I can feel my body settling in at this weight and it will, I imagine, take some work to get the rest off. I am hoping to start some weight training and body building and I may be happier at this weight with some serious toning. We will see. Starting Tai Bo tomm. Feels sooo good to feel good! ===== MGB 12/2/99 Pre-Op 271lbs & size 24 Now 153lbs & size 10 Goal was 150 now shooting for 135 __________________________________________________
