Guest guest
Have any of you preops considered how you are going to get a robe on over an arm that has an IV???? The gowns are indeed quite room and they will give you a robe at the hospital which you can drape across your shoulders until you get your IV out. Good luck everyone. on MGB 10/04/00 Preop 275 -29 pounds in 2 months
Guest guest
I brought a pair of shorts to wear under the robe. That way if I had visitors and had to tinkle, I wouldn't flash anyone when I got out of bed. I also started walking before I had the iv disconnected so I couldn't put a robe on over the pole and my arm...the shorts worked out great. I picked a roomy pair with an elastic waist and it worked well.
