Ok, disregard my question about the raw egg b/c I found the cooked mayo recipe

on pecanbread (I was originally referring to BTVS). So, now my question is,

which one is legal in Stage one? Thanks again.

Hi ,

You can try the mayo after the intro (if you have severe diarrhea you should

probably avoid it a bit longer). Just start with a little to see how it is

tolerated.

Either would be ok. The cooked mayo recipe has one additional

ingredient--cayenne--but you could leave it out so you wouldn't be

introducing as many new things at once.
