Guest guest Posted July 1, 2007 Report Share Posted July 1, 2007 Another good way to make a tortilla: grate cheddar and monterey jack (or two other legal cheeses) in a nonstick pan. My dd loves the taste when I sprinkle dehydrated onion on. Melt until it begins to get dark and bubbly. Let cool. Gently slide out of pan and wrap around salad, SCD-prepared beans, etc. btw, two cheeses melt better than one.
