Guest guest
Hi All, Sorry if this is a repeat question. I searched archives but couldn't find the answer. How advanced is cinnamon? How about coconut? We will be introducing some new foods soon and although those won't be our first foods, I would like to add them quickly to make some of our current options more palatable. Thanks! Guest guest
Hi , You can try a little cinnamon after the intro and see how it is tolerated. Coconut pieces (flour) is a bit more fibrous than other nuts, and is harder to digest. If the other nuts are not tolerated then coconut probably won't be either.
