Hi you all!!

I´m considering the SCD and trying to make sure we have all available

in order to start.

We can´t find nut flour, does anyone knows how is it make, I guess

it´s not just to turn nuts into powder, is it?

Yes, nut flour is just finely ground nuts. We can order it on the internet here

in the U.S., but I don't know if any of the places will ship internationally(or

if that is even allowed). You can certainly grind your own nuts in to a

flour(powder).
