Guest guest
Okay, now I'm concerned about this " Dumping " thing! When I go to get my surgery, what should I plan to eat or drink for the first week? Diluted juice, chicken broth, yogart. How about temperature, should everything be room temp? Can I ear any kind of soup? Geez! Somebody just tell what is on the menu and I will eat it and when week 2 comes I asked about that too!! LOL This is getting confusing. Guest guest
, it's really easy. First 2 weeks, clear liquids and yogurt. Period. Juices including V-8 and tomato (even tho they're really not clear), jell-o, chicken and beef broth, water, and simple yogurt. And for great fun and to break the monotony, you can slowly nibble around a few saltines over the course of the day!! That plus your Citrucel and prevacid is all you put into your mouth. Simple. Hard to do. But simple. PhillyJude
