Guest guest
I need to know if the amino acids I intend taking according to Andy Cutler's recommendations for supplementation prior to chelating can contain Methionine. All the other ingredients listed on the bottle are fine. I am not sure at all if methionine in this form should be avoided. According to his book, Andy states that methionine gets converted into Cysteine and ultimately Sulfites. Other amino acids recommended by my doc contain either Glutathione or Cystin. Anyone with relevant information or other recommendations for an amino acid I could take? Thanks. P.S. I am sorry if this is O.T. Is this O.T.? _________________________________________________________________ Don't get caught with egg on your face.
