The importance of protecting SCD.

Many years of research was put into discovering SCdiet and how to end the misery

of those who suffer from intestinal disease.

It is very important for us to adhere to how this works or else we will not know

if SCD would have worked for us.

Hi guys,

I have noticed too much talk about other remedies and wanted to share.

Other diets do not know how to end the vicious cycle, because this is not what

they are intended to do.

Bottom line: THEY FEED THE BAD GUT BUGS.

Gluten free has starch and sugar.

The gluten free casein free is full of starch and sugar and will not work

either.

The Blood Type Diet Feeds the bad gut bugs too.

BED contains a protocol for Kefir and green coconut water, damaging to a sick

gut.

LOD feeds the bad gut bugs and can cause other problems.

The Paleo/hunter gatherer diets don't know about " fanatical adherence " , suggest

things that can hurt the intestines, and foods that FEED BAD gut bugs.

I could go on...so many diets and remedies out there......that FEED THE BAD GUT

BUGS.

Guys, For this to work...we can't feed the bad gut bugs. In a way it is very

simple.

If there are people here who want to offer all these alternatives to people, it

is important that you just leave SCD out of it. SCD only works if it is done

correctly and done by the book " fanatically " . Elaine suggests " fanatical

adherence " in her book, and she truly means it. SCD has a particular purpose

and that is to heal gastric disease and help with autism and some mental

conditions. SCD has an 80% rate of success. SCD is a unique " stand alone " diet,

not to be combined with those other diets. Or it will not work.

Elaine did not approve of all those other diets. people on SCD who tried to

combine it with other diets have had bad results. SCdiet is not a " Lifestyle. "

It is a healing diet that offers the option of choosing another diet once the

person is healed.

Those who claim to be offering healthy alternatives for lifestyles, need to be

weary that they could be giving information that would cost a person NOT to have

SCD success~! By SCD standards the other alternatives are not healthy, because

they feed the bad gut bugs, or make our intestinal issues worse, and are not

even supposed to be discussed on a SCD list serve. This information is

potentially dangerous, for it could cost someone their SCD success and their

health...and then SCD could be blamed for it....when it was not SCD that was

adhered to at all.

I wish all well and much SCD success killing their bad gut bugs~
