Guest guest
I have been using olive oil and ghee for most of my cooking. I would like to start using Safflower oil, but the only oil I can find lists expeller pressed safflower oil, tocopheryl acetate and tocopherol (vitamin E). Is this legal? I only question it b/c I know Vitamin E is usually derived from soy. Thanks in advance. Mommy to 4 yrs pdd-nos/asd/Asperger's Traits (almost fully recovered) and 8 months (so far so good!)
