Guest guest Posted July 13, 2007 Report Share Posted July 13, 2007 Hey all, I am making yogurt right now. I don't have my excalibur yet and so getting the temp to 110-115 is difficult to maintain. What temp is too high during fermentation and so will actually kill the bacteria? I know this has been covered, but can't remember or find it.
