my 3 yr old son has 35 IGG intolerances. his 1 yr old sister has 31.

mom has 21 which includes egg. luckily the kids can have egg but the 1

yr old can't have almonds or olive. is there another ground nut we can

buy in bulk that is good in baking other than almond flour? if she is

intolerant to olives & safflower does this mean no olive or safflower

oil? is there a commercial pear juice? is there a specific brand or

type of peanut, coconut and sunflower oil to buy? are there any good

sources for grassfed bison and buffalo? i am looking for any

suggestions or tips on doing a completely egg-free diet and managing so

many different menus in one household.

eileen (mercury toxic mom)

cole (asd 3 yr old, heavy in lead and tin, scd 10 mos)

emily (hypotomic/failing to thrive 1 yr old, suspected heavy metal

poisoning)

You could use pecan, hazelnut, or walnut flour. Check digestivewellness.com for

their prices. Remember that cashew nuts are advanced, and very starchy. that

wouldn't be the best choice, nor would chestnut. You can check

tropicaltraditions.com for various products like coconut oil, grassfed bison,

poultry, ect., and other products that might be what you're looking for.
