Guest guest
OK I am trying to start his eating plan and have had nothing but fustrations. I have looked on the Peacanbread resouces list and none of the stores carry the product anymore. I call around to 15 stores and nothing. I call Friendship Dairies and here is my confusion. The Cycle book says that it is to be dry with no fluid added. However, Friendship Dairies is moist in a cheese block. Is that allowed or not because it does not come in a curd? I just do not get his. --------------------------------- Take the Internet to Go: Yahoo!Go puts the Internet in your pocket: mail, news, photos & more. You can use dripped yogurt in place of DCCC. Carol F.

Here is a link to their legal product: http://www.friendshipdairies.com/products/summary_farmer_cheese.php To explain the difference of what is and isn't legal with farmers cheese: From http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/knowledge_base/kb/farmers_cheese ..htm " There are two types of cheese called farmers cheese. One is like dry curd cottage cheese, and the other is similar in consistency to Brick or Monterey Jack. The Farmer's cheese that is similar to Brick or Monterey Jack, is not legal.
