Thanks for all your help. Sorry it has taken me so long to reply. We

just finally sold our house and have been busy moving the last of the

boxes and furniture out. I am so behind on reading all the posts right

now. Sorry if I've missed anything directed at me, it is hard to wade

back through all the posts after you've missed several days.

We cut back to almost the intro diet (additional items ripe banana and

mashed squash) and have gotten closer to firm stools again, but not as

close as that first day on the intro. We are going to do a trial

elimination of banana again just to be sure. We are going to try SCD

tomato sauce later this week and avocado next week. We are really

really getting tired of carrots and squash, LOL. My kids won't eat the

carrots at all anymore. I've got to find a few more foods that we

tolerate. I actually had to go to 3 different grocery stores last week

to get enough squash for us, LOL!

One weird thing happened today. I had been noticing that the under eye

circles that my kids and I have were previously looking much much

better, until today. All of a sudden today they were back, and my

son's were particularly bad. Any clues what could have caused this?

The only thing we are doing any differently this week is that we

started to eat non-dripped yogurt, but we started doing that almost a

week before the dark circles showed back up. Any thoughts? Die off?

Intolerance? Oh yeah, we also started SCD legal Kirkman folinic acid

with methyl B12. Could that have caused the circles to return? I am

sure that the version I have is SCD legal.
