Guest guest
Hi, I finally started Candex today with my daughter. I want to be sure she doesn't have any bad reactions so I followed your advice and started with a low dose, 1/3 of a capsule. I stopped the GSE and want to start the Oil of Oregano. My question is, if I want to use it not orally but externally, how much should I use every time? does it have to be used at the same time with the Candex like the ones given orally? I really appreciate your advice. Ximena Mom to , 3.7 yo PDD-NOS, SCD 5 months --------------------------------- Shape Yahoo! in your own image. Join our Network Research Panel today! You may want to start with 1/3 of that dose also and gradually increase it as it may cause die off. << does it have to be used at the same time with the Candex like the ones given orally? >> Giving both at the same time will boost the antifungal effect. To minimize die off introducing them separately or one at a time may be best. Gradually increasing the amounts and pairing them together will allow you to somewhat control the die off so it won't be overwhelming..
