Hi,

I finally started Candex today with my daughter. I want to be sure she doesn't

have any bad reactions so I followed your advice and started with a low dose,

1/3 of a capsule. I stopped the GSE and want to start the Oil of Oregano. My

question is, if I want to use it not orally but externally, how much should I

use every time? does it have to be used at the same time with the Candex like

the ones given orally?

I really appreciate your advice.

There is usually a suggested dose on the bottle that reflects the

strength of what you have. You may want to start with 1/3 of that

dose also and gradually increase it as it may cause die off.

Giving both at the same time will boost the antifungal effect. To

minimize die off introducing them separately or one at a time may be

best. Gradually increasing the amounts and pairing them together

will allow you to somewhat control the die off so it won't be

overwhelming..
