problems with ALL proteins

I've been following the SCD for six weeks and have noticed

improvements, but I have one major problem - I can't tolerate ANY

protein rich sources. This includes all meats (including fish and

other seafood) eggs, dairy, lentils, beans, glutamine. If I eat these

foods I get mucus discharges, bleeding (from a fistula only, not from

the anus), constipation, etc. I have lost some muscle mass and feel I

have to eat some of these foods. These was a period when I didn't eat

any of them and I was loosing muscle mass and felt weak in the legs.

Suggestions? Similar experiences? Prognosis?

Many thanks.

Were you able to tolerate protein before you began SCD?

What kind of changes have you noticed since starting the diet?

Has your tolerance for protein changed since starting SCD?

Have/are you taking any meds for the fistula?

Any meds for crohn's?

did you start with the intro diet?

What foods have you been eating? Are your veggies and fruits peeled

and cooked?
