Dr. Rutledge's manual says " numerous vitamin brands are probly acceptable. You

should select one that includes IRON in the list of minerals. Take the

multivitamin at three times the dose recommended by the label on the bottle of

vitamins you have purchased. Childrens vitamins contain lower amounts of

vitamins particularly B12 and they are not recommended " .

Well, good Kathi. I am not crazy after all. I posted last week about

remembering that Dr. R. had said no to liquid vitamins. It was back when I

too was a pre op.

Well, good Kathi. I am not crazy after all. I posted last week about

remembering that Dr. R. had said no to liquid vitamins. It was back when I

too was a pre op.
