acidophilous / goat yogurt -Canadian recommendations?

Hello.

I see Kirkman labs in the US is recommended for acidophilous. I found

a supplier of many of Kirman products in ONtario, however that is not

one they carry. I think shipping would take too long or be too cost

prohibitive. Any good ones available in Ontario?

If one cannot make their own goat yogurt, are there certain brands in

my area that nyone on here can recommend?

I think the one we've been using, although dairy free, has FOS in it

and is too many billion!

Haber's pharmacy in Toronto imports some Kirkman products and some of

the GProhealth products. They may carry the Kirkman's acidophilus.

If you mean commercial goat yogurt - there are no SCD legal commercial

goat yogurts. If you mean probiotics I believe that Haber's carry both

that are listed on pecanbread as dairy free and legal.

Shipping is $10.

They send it with a ice pack..i have order acidophilous from them 2

times... the ice pack has been still a bit cool when i received it.

I wouldn't order it during a heat wave as i did take a couple of days

to get to me.(i live in southwestern ontario).
