Guest guest
Wow, . Thanks for posting that. I will look into histadelia a bit more. On the surface it appears to peg me (and my sister) almost perfectly! It also explains why I've been obsessively cleaning my house the past few days, yikes! I wondered what had gotten into me, I felt like my old crazy, manic self, LOL. Unfortunately the supplement I bought has both folinic acid and MB12 in it, so I can't take them separately. What is a good source for MB12 by itself? Also what is a standard dose for adults and for children? I came across a patch for B12 the other day, it looked interesting. What do you all use? We need something we can buy/use without a doctor as we are currently doing this on our own. Do you know where I can find out more about histadelia and the exact protocols for it? Thanks again for the info!!!! K in Dayton, Ohio Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, Fibro, CFS, yeast/candida, copper overload, adrenal fatigue (mostly healed!!!)
