Hi,

I have BCBS of NC...In totally it took me 3 weeks for approval. The expection

not the rule. I called to f/u and was told so many different things. I started

quoting policy to them and NIH guidelines. They are extremely backlogged and

basically understaffed.

Thanks for the info. When I get closer I might need to find out what

policy you quoted and the NIH guidelines.
