Green beans are not considered in the same class as starchy legumes, an advanced food. Carol F. SCD 7 years, celiac
Guest guest
I am sorry but what do you mean by French style ? I chop the beans very finely and then blend them into food at the moment as we are only just on stage two of the diet, but am interested to see how to present them later on. Thanks, Sophie > > > > uc 4 days on intro > > > > Are you suppose to take the beans out of the green beans? > > > > > No, this is not necessary but if you cut your beans " French Style, " they are a bit easier to > digest. Guest guest
Frozen French cut are also often smaller than reg frozen green beans. This may be because they are younger or are a different type of green bean. Sheila, SCD Feb. 2001, UC 23 yrs, PCOD 22yrs mom of and > > > > I am sorry but what do you mean by French style ? They are very tiny and very delicately tasty and actually used extensively in French restaurants. . Whole Foods often has them, Carol F.
