I am sorry but what do you mean by French style ? I chop the beans very finely

and then

blend them into food at the moment as we are only just on stage two of the diet,

but am

interested to see how to present them later on.

What you are doing is fine, Sophie. French cut beans are sliced on the bias and

some of

the beans inside fall out.

Frozen French cut are also often smaller than reg frozen green

beans. This may be because they are younger or are a different type

of green bean.

Many stores have FRESH French tiny skinny green beans too. They are very tiny

and very

delicately tasty and actually used extensively in French restaurants. . Whole

Foods often

has them,
