Guest guest
Hi, Margit I just joined this group and this is my first post. I planned to lurk for some time but when I saw yours I decided to chime in and say aloha (see me waving?) I live on Maui, too, Upcountry. I just started the intro to the diet 3 days ago and (luckily) got the book today. Maybe we could share with each other our sources SCD supplies on the island? I just found Yogourmet yogurt starter at Mana but then read that Progurt (?) is better. Looking forward to making yogurt next week. By the way (this is a general question to the group) do you mind my participation here, as it is me who is on the diet, not my child? I have Crohn's. Best of luck to you and your kids - (e-mail to use is: jamie@...) > > Aloha ! > > My name is Margit and I am working on starting SCD for my family. We live in Maui. Guest guest
Thank you so much, Mimi! I've just posted my first question. Maybe someday I can be one to answer them for others : ) > > > > > > Aloha ! > > > > > > My name is Margit and I am working on starting SCD for my family. > > We live in Maui.
