And this applies to those without peanut allergy. You can use NUT BUTTER like almond, pecan, macedamia, hazelnut and cashew. make sure store bought cashew butter is NOT roasted. It is really hard to find. I have used both raw and roasted almond butter, several brands. I have found cashewis slightly morestarhy than other nuts but do not react to that. My Costco has a good price for large jars of Marantha Natural Roasted Almomd Butter, half of what it costs at the supermarket sometimes.
