Peacon bread suggests nut butters in stage two, but also says that peanut butter

and pecans

are only for use after 3 months or so fo gut healing? Which nut butters can I

use on stage 2??

Thanks in advance for any replys,

PEANUTS and peanut butter are not only an advanced food, but it is suggested one

we can

do without according to Mimi's research. And this applies to those without

peanut allergy.

You can use NUT BUTTER like almond, pecan, macedamia, hazelnut and cashew.

make

sure store bought cashew butter is NOT roasted. It is really hard to find. I

have used both

raw and roasted almond butter, several brands. I have found cashewis slightly

morestarhy

than other nuts but do not react to that.

My Costco has a good price for large jars of Marantha Natural Roasted Almomd

Butter, half

of what it costs at the supermarket sometimes.
