with roas tbeef

or Prosciutto and then rolled.

Devilled eggs or hard boiled eggs.

Tuna salad with SCD mayo (use a thermal pack to keep cool)

Chicken salad with apricot and almonds

SCD gelatin

Cold chicken nuggets with a dipping sauce

Sandwich between to SCD unsweetened waffles

Fresh fruit when tolerated

SCD candy when tolerated

mimi box of Sun Maid raisins not too often though

SCD crackers or bread

Crisps made out of baked cheese

Squash chips

How do you keep the squash chips from getting soggy and stay crisp when you send

them in the lunch box?

I'm just guessing here. If you have a dehydrator you could dry them after

frying them. If

in doubt use the paresan Crackers.

I like thinly sliced yellow summer squash fried. You could use an egg wash

for a crunchier coating but they get crunchy like chips anyway when you fry

them. Grew up eating them like this.
