Pecans ground may be easier to tolerate than almond flour or meal (same thing

actually).

The ground pecans will be browner than blanched almond flour but produce some

very

nice baking. Try the basic muffin recipe in BTVC using the pecans.

Grind them in a food processor. They will attain the denisty and texture of

brown sugar.

Don't do them longer as they will become pecan butter.

By all means try several and see which taste best and are well tolerated and let

us know. It

will help others.

The nuts I tolerate best are Brazil nuts, too large to attempt grinding I think

but good for

snacking.
