How do you make grape juice gelatin?

We are trying to go back to intro again. I cannot remember how to make

the gelatin. I am using the fish gelatin from digestive wellness so I

don't have the back of the knox box to look on. Does anyone have the

recipe for the gelatin.

Knox box says:

4 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin, 1 cup cold fruit juice, 3 cups

fruit juice heated to boiling, (2 tablespoons honey, optional).

Sprinkle gelatin over cold juice in large bowl, let stand 1 minute, Add

hot juice and stir till gelatin completely dissolves. Add honey if

desired, pour into 13x9x2 pan, Refrigerate till firm, about 3 hours.

For intro I am sure the honey would not be desired and the juice would

probably need to be diluted some?

Juice has to be diluted. I use 1/4 cup cold water, 1/4 cup boiling water and 1/2

cup plain

water to a cup of juice and one envelope of gelatin powder.
