REALLY dripped yogurt

I have a question. I made some yogurt and put it in the fridge to drip. I

left it there for over two days. So it was basically cream cheese. However,

I added some bottled water to it and made it " yogurt " again. My question is,

did I drip out all of the good bugs, or is there still plenty left in there?

It's not very tart at all. Just smooth and creamy.

Thanks in advance,

~

I do this all the time. From what I've read on this list, you've

concentrated the good bugs, not lost them, so enjoy!
