Apple Cider/Juice Clarification

I realize apple juice is illegal and apple cider is legal but I'm

confused. I purchased some Whole Foods organic apple " juice " , but it

is from fresh pressed apples, not from concentrate, it is pasturized

and it has the sediment in it...all the qualifications of the legal

apple cider. So, isn't this legal even though it's called juice?

Ingredients: pasteurized unfiltered juice from select organic apples.
