Thanks for replying, Robin. I sure could use a banana : ) Looking

forward to that.

Am I blowing it by not introducing yogurt yet? Honestly I'm a bit

confused about when it's supposed to be started. I see it's on the

intro diet from the book, but I've also read Elaine saying to start it

on day 5 of the diet, or thereabouts.

advice on what foods you might want to try first, how far to spread

out the introduction, ect. There are several adults participating on

this group who have been SCD for many years for their intestinal

diseases, and have had incredible success. I'm sure they have great

advice for you.
