I know that the book " Breaking the VC " recommends against it. I also am aware that the btvc.info website says cream contains " lactose " . But cream should be all fat. Has anyone tried any types of physical processes (other then 24h fermentation to make French cream) to eliminate any milk contamination with lactose? What have previous discussions said about the use of unpasteurized " raw cream " which is recommended in other " no complex carb or disacc + plenty of naturally fermented foods " diets? Did Elaine (or someone else) ever suggest using raw cream combined with enzymes once on the diet for some time?
