I have some questions I would be HAPPY if someone could answer. -Vodka is legal, but is it maybe different from country to country? The one I bought is made from grain, is it still legal? -Do you use so little of the essence that the amount of alkohol is no big deal, or how do you do when making something that is not heated, like smoothies and icecream? Can I heat the little amount before mixing it with he rest maybe? (ok its not me I´m concerded about, is´s my kids who are on the diet...) -preparing the essence, is it better not just to split the beans but also to scrape out the seeds, or will they be loose anyway? Surely you won't be giving large amounts in the smoothies, etc. that are not cooked, so you probably shouldn't worry. I haven't done very much searching on it, but some vodkas are made with grain, some with potatoes.
